The One Individual Most Responsible For Our Republic

As it turns out both Christmas Eve and the first night of Hanukkah both fall on December 24th this year. One might ask what do Christmas and Hanukkah have in common? "And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication (Hanukkah,) and it was winter. And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch." John 10:22-23 Biblical historians who study the scriptures closely might say that we would not be  celebrating Christmas unless it was for the first Hanukkah. Had it not been for the first Hanukkah there would have been no Jewish community to whom Jesus could deliver His Good News and no disciples to spread the message. They might also say that Jesus was not born during the Christmas season; that He, in fact, from a Biblical historical perspective, was most likely immaculately conceived during the Christmas/ Hanukkah season; all the more reason to celebrate! That being said, historically, the Republic has close ties with both the Christian and Jewish communities. After all, the One Individual most responsible for the founding of our Republic is, in fact, Jewish from the Davidic line of Judah. We have acknowledged the fact that our fore fathers covenanted with Him for Divine protection and guidance during the founding of the Republic, with their appeals to Heaven as recorded in our founding documents. He is the Law Giver by whom our Law Form was given. In addition, let us not forget Haym Salomon who some would label the chief financial architect of the American Revolution without whose help the Revolutionary war would have been hard pressed to get it's feet off the ground, so to speak. He enlisted the help of the Jewish community, among others, who all had a vested interest in the concept of liberty and justice for all. He was truly a gift to our fore fathers. During this season of remembrance, Let us also choose to remember the sacrifices our fore fathers made in order to give us the Republic. I specially call to remembrance George Washington and the Continental Army's crossing of the Delaware River on Christmas Eve 1776, which lead to a successful surprise attack against the Hessian forces in Trenton, New Jersey on the morning of December 26th. We owe a great debt of gratitude to those brave souls and to the God they serve. So let's choose to acknowledge the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob during this season of remembrance. Let us thank Him for giving us the gift of His only beloved Son that we might have life and have it more abundantly. Let us all acknowledge His handy work in the affairs of men. It is my responsibility to educate and hold public officials accountable to the law...Let's start with the flag in county courthouses across America under 4USC!

Congressman elect Higgins, I am honored to have you serve the people of the 3rd District.

I am Marcus de la Houssaye, a law enforcement and judicial officer of the Kingdom of Heaven, an agent of Yashua(Jesus Christ), and I am a spiritual prayer warrior, a joint heir with you and other believers of God's promises to His children.

In that capacity, it is my responsibility to hold accountable(and educate) public officials to the law and the public trust that we have granted, because all power and authority is granted to public officials by 'we the people', and when corrupt public officials cross the border into criminal activity, it is the right and the duty of 'we the people' to take that power and authority from the criminals.(and hold them accountable to criminal prosecution)

What I am about to share with you is very dangerous political and legal information, but it needs to be brought before the people.

I suggest you share this information with President elect Donald Trump, asap, and congressman Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, I doubt that you will find many other supporters in DC, but we can hope nonetheless that they are out there waiting for a time such as now!

What is happening in the county courthouses across America regarding the display of the red, white and blue(among other things) is a crime and a disgrace.
It is a military flag(because of the yellow fringe) in an Admiralty Maritime court and the judge, and all the officers of the court are engaged in treason.
 How is this you might ask?
 BAR = British Accredited Registry, as in the BAR association, is a criminal organization owing allegiance to the British Crown, and engaged in racketeering.
My guess is Jefferson made this Declaration prior to the Definitive Treaty of Peace 1783, which alledged ended the American Revolution...

BTW: there is no treaty of peace ever signed by Lincoln, he was mudered by British agents a few days prior to that plan to restore the Republic. (and we have been under martial law ever since) Hence a military government. Congressman, I like you, are an American patriot, and although some would call me a conspiracy theorist, or worse a sovereign citizen, they are only trying to cover up the fact that I am a patriotic, pissed off American, and I want my nation, AND MY COUNTRY back! Back to what?... to the republic that was suspended when the southern representatives walked out of congress in December of 1860!

A Military Flag?

And to further confirm and understand the significance of what I have told you, you need to understand the fringe on the United States flag (in county courtrooms). Read the following.
First the appearance of our flag is defined in Title 4 sec. 1. U.S.C.. "The flag of the United States shall be thirteen horizontal stripes, alternate red and white; and the union of the flag shall be forty-eight stars, white in a blue field." (my note - of course when new states are admitted, new stars are added.)
A foot note was added on page 1113 of the same section which says: "Placing of fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of the flag, and arrangement of the stars are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but within the discretion of the President as commander-in-chief of the Army and Navy." 1925, 34 Op.Atty.Gen. 483.
The president, as military commander, can add a yellow fringe to our flag. When would this be done? During time of war. Why? A flag with a fringe is an ensign, a military flag. Read the following.
"Pursuant to U.S.C. Chapter 1, 2, and 3; Executive Order No. 10834, August 21, 1959, 24 F.R. 6865, a military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a YELLOW FRINGE, bordered on three sides. The President of the United states designates this deviation from the regular flag, by executive order, and in his capacity as COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF of the Armed forces."

"Flag, an emblem of a nation; usually made of cloth and flown from a staff. From a military standpoint flags are of two general classes, those flown from stationary masts over army posts, and those carried by troops in formation. Colors and Standards are more nearly square than flags and are made of silk with a knotted Fringe of Yellow on three sides...use of the flag. The most general and appropriate use of the flag is as a symbol of authority and power."

I have had debates with folks that take great issue with what I have said, they dogmatically say the constitution is the law and the government is outside the law. I wish they were right, but they fail to see or understand that the American people have been conquered, unknowingly, but conquered all the same. That is why a judge will tell you not to bring the Constitution into his court, or a law dictionary, because he is the law, not the Constitution. You have only to read the previous Senates report on National Emergency, to understand the Constitution and our Constitutional form of government no longer exists.

By privatization , I mean that franchises are used to UNLAWFULLY recruit and procure new public officers of the private corporation government . Franchises are used to unlawfully change their status and their domicile from foreign to domestic in relation to the national government under federal rule of civil procedure17 (b) .
Abandon the body politic and join the body corporate as an officer of the federal corporation participating in franchises .

Since all all Governments are corporations then those receiving governmental benefits are “ officers of the corporation ” as described under 26 U.S.C. § 6671 (b) and 26 U.S.C. § 7343 , It is otherwise illegal to pay public funds to private persons, you must become a “ public officer ” and a “ public person ” to receive payments of “ benefits “ from the government .

Statutory “ U.S. Citizens ” and permanent residents with a domicile in the “ United States ” are treated as de facto officers of a PRIVATE FDERAL CORPORATION . They hired on as “ employees” as described in 5 U.S.C. § 2105 (a) and public officers , the minute anyone fills out a government form describing themselves as “ U.S. Citizens ” they become public officers for the de facto government corporation .

Choosing the “ U.S. Citizen “” status is the method by which they politically and legally associated with the body corporate but NOT the body politic, All statutes passed by the corporation are special law and private law that only lawfully apply to officers of the corporation called “ statutory U.S. Citizens ” under 8 U.S.C. § 1401 . In that sense nearly all law is just corporate policy disguised to look like public law that applies to those who don't really work for the corporation . Statutory civil law is for Government and NOT private persons .

Government agencies will summarily deny service to those who are not officers of the corporation called by impeding or refusing the processing of any governmental form submitted that does not describe the applicant as an officer of the corporation called a “ statutory U.S. Citizen .

Information returns such as IRS forms , W-2 , 1042-S , 1098 and 1099 connected with tax administration are being used to involuntarily “ elect ” formally private parties into public office within a federal government corporation with out consent nor discloser of fact . Since these returns are filled annually, people are elected into public office annually within this private corporation government . 26 U.S.C. § 8604 (a) says these information returns can only be lawfully filed for those engaged in a “ trade or business ” which in turn is defined in 26 U.S.C. 7701 (a ) (26) as “ functions of public office ” If you do not rebute these false reports then you just got elected and will not only NOT get compensation , but will PAY for the “ privilege “ of occupying said public office under the terms of Internal Revenue Code , Subtitles A and C public officer kickback and employee agreement .

The State and Federal Government we have now are private for profit corporations that are pretending to be “ Public Trusts ” for equal benefit of all but in reality only benefit the rulers .

These corporations are no longer tied to a territory or land mass . After the Civil War and enactment of the first federal income tax in 1862 and the corpitization of the U.S. Government in 1871 , all States of the Union re wrote their constitutions to remove references to their territorial boundaries and became corporations with no territory . In a sense they divorced themselves from the land and became strictly a political entity . Everything they do is a consequence of a contract and consent , and contracts consist of franchise agreements and all franchises are subject to a contract .

“ Debitum et contractus nom sunt nullius loci ” - Debt and Contract are of no particular place . (In this case franchisee agreements via contracts )

Locus contractus regit actum – The place of the contract governs the act ( franchises agreements )

Note the de jure state constitutions from before the Civil War were not repealed but simply replaced with new ones, no longer tied to specific territorial boundaries , making them “ bodies corporate ” and removing the body politic from them .

These de facto corporations are called State of _________ or “ the “ United States “ the corporation charter is called ; ' The Untied Sates Constitution “ instead of the “ United Sates “OF” America Constitution , in this case for the use of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CORPORATION only does it apply . They hoodwinked the constitutions from “ We The People ” with a slight of hand . The new state constitutions are de facto for the body corporate ( that does not include you or I )

Dear Liberal Progressives,

I am a native American, and not a US citizen, so I do note vote. We may walk on the same land geographically, but we do not live in the same nation! I am not a 'part' of this foreign owned, corporate for profit 'thing' that people like you have created and attempted to force everyone else to live in.

I love the Bible, my family, the constitution, my freedom, this land, my domestic animals, hunting and eating wild animals, and my guns! And because I love America, I love ALL Americans, ALL OF THEM! Including you who are being so mean, and hateful, and divided from "us" who are fed up with mega-media manipulation, a twisted public education system, and a judiciary that exploits 'us' instead of protecting and serving 'us'.

'We' are fed up with political communism, environmental pollution, judicial extortion, legislative corruption, administrative tyranny, corporate fascism, and 'your' form of political rasicism .

One of the laws I live by includes: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' And...I may love you, and this great nation, but I hate what it has become because of people like you. So you can keep heading in the direction you are going, and be as divisive, and 'progressive' as you like, but you cannot force me and my children, or those of 'us' including President elect Donald Trump, who are 'conservative' in your eyes, to follow you!

This is not the America I was born into, and I am free to pack up and go back to what to America was! So, I expatriated almost 5 years ago, and do not consider US citizenship a prized status, because I am an American National, a Louisianian, and my rights are given by God, protected by the constitution, and cannot be taken away by you OR ANYONE IN GOVERNMENT!

I did not vote for Trump, but I supported him because he has balls and is not afraid to oppose what has been destoying 'us' individually, collectively, our economy, this great nation of American states, and 'my/our' way of life.

I am proud of America, and impressed that someone who is not a member of the BAR Assoc. and with his own money, has by his own right, became the CEO of the United States, and made it into the Whitehouse. I do not care what you believe or say about him, because all your 'talk' says more about you, than him, 'us', or me!

I'm noticing that a lot of you aren't graciously accepting the fact that your prized political candidate lost. In fact you seem to be expressing even more hateful things about those of 'us' who supported or voted for Trump and a better way of life.

Some of you are emotionally "triggered" and in a very angry mental state and it is apparent that more than just your feelings are hurt here. The evidence being that you are expressing how "sick" you feel about the results of the presidential election.

How did this happen to you, you may ask?

You created "us" when you attacked our freedom of speech.

You created "us" when you attacked our individual private rights.

You created "us" when you attacked our right to bear arms.

You created "us" when you attacked our Christian beliefs.

You created "us" when you constantly referred to us as racists.

You created "us" when you constantly called us xenophobic.

You created "us" when you told us to get on board or get out of the way.

You created "us" when you forced us to buy health care and then financially penalized us for not voluntarily participating.

You created "us" when you allowed our manufacturing, jobs, and wealth to leave our country.

You created "us" when you attacked our Bible, constitution, and common sense.

You created "us" when you attacked our right to life, and duty to defend innocent blood.

You created "us" when you attacked our intelligence, values, honor and service.

You created "us" when you attacked our flag.

You created "us" when you confused women's rights with feminism.

You created "us" when you began to immasculate men.

You created "us" when you decided to make our children soft.

You created "us" when you decided to vote for progressive ideals.

You created "us" when you attacked our way of life.

You created "us" when you decided to let 'your' government get out of control.

"You" created "us" who are the silent majority.

And we became fed up and we pushed back and spoke up.

And we did it with ballots, not mean insults, and not bullets.
