The tyrant does not fear the people's
guns, it preys they draw them to
justify a violent response.
The tyrant, and in this case the
government, (the evil villainous tyrant
and the State are the same entity)

What they fear IS your pen, your mind,
your awakening to the knowledge of WHO
YOU REALLY ARE.
Once you know who you are, where you
are, what you are, and why you are
here, once you KNOW you are KING in
this system of government, there is no
need to draw your gun because you have
the option to draw your pen first and
prevail WITHOUT violence.
The use of force is only just in
DEFENSE, and the force should be
tempered to the situation. You have
the lawful right to use force against
ANY attacker, even those who have a
badge and uniform attempting to
enforce unlawful arrests. And if the
officer attempting to enforce an
unlawful arrest shold lose their life
it is their own fault.
However I choose never to use force
unless my life is in imminent danger.
Yes the police will violate my rights,
and yes I have the lawful right to use
force to defend myself, but I choose
instead to operate under protest and
duress and to later bill them for my
troubles.
It is safer for all involved and an
officer does not end up in a situation
of a gun fight because of sheer
ignorance.
I do not suggest anyone
attempt to get into a fight fist or
otherwise with anyone. But I DO
suggest that people have the lawful
right to use ALL force necessary to
resist an unlawful arrest.
You do have the option of discretion however.
It is unlikely an officer will try to
kill you while attempting to arrest
you if you do not resist. And you can
sue and charge these officers under
the law after you have extricated
yourself from the situation.
Keeping your wits about you while
dealing with police is integral to
success.
Get the names and badge numbers,
HAVE a writ of habeus corpus IN YOUR POSSESSION,
and if you are EVER arrested ANY TIME you are arrested,
YOU DEMAND to be taken to a magistrate.
And you hand the arresting officers directly
WITH NOTICE PRINCIPAL RULE, a WRIT OF HABEUS CORPUS.
Then you advise THEM in advance, that ignorance of the law is no excuse!
